Green is a huge buzzword these days. One of the simpler changes to make is to take advantage of seasonal items when planning your menu. Seasonal vegetables are less likely to have been shipped from another hemisphere, but you should ask your grocer to be sure. If you’re lucky enough to live near a farmer’s market these recipes should help take advantage of available produce.
