Quick tip: Creamy Oatmeal

Heather says:

For very creamy oatmeal simply allow the oats to soak in the cooking water.  I measure the rolled oats and water when I make my morning coffee.  I then cook as directed when the kids decide to grace me with their presence.

If you’re in a hurry, you can add non-fat dry milk to the oats as they cook.
