Last week Build A Bear Workshop sent my daughter one of the new Hannah Montana bears. I’d show you a picture of the joyousness that accompanied her getting the bear, but my camera cord has gone the way of Nate’s missing shoe. So for now, you’ll have to imagine it until I can get to my mom’s and borrow her camera cord.
Anyway, in addition to sending the Hannah Montana bear, they sent me a $25 gift card to Build A Bear Workshop to give away to one lucky Home Ec 101 reader! Hannah Montana Build-a-Bear? the possibilities are strange and confusing to say the least… is it a bear with a blonde wig? A bear that has “wacky-teen-secret-identity” adventures?
Or a bear that gets too slutty, posing for Vanity Fair?

What I’m afraid of is if it comes with an optional “Daddy Billy Ray” Bear….
My granddaughter would absolutly love this. We’ve not gotten the chance to “build a bear” yet. That would be so much fun.
My mind can only imagine what a HM bear would look like….. I hope you find the cord soon.

Every time I take my little sister to the mall, she stares into that store with the most concerned look on her face as if she wants to say, “Why are all the bears gut-less?”

What a wonderful giveaway. I will be taking my niece and nephew to BAB in the next couple of weeks and this would help the overall cost considerably!

Hannah Montana bear? My daughter loves Hannah Montana. She would be over the moon for one of those.
I am so sadly out of touch with popular culture that I can’t even picture a Hannah Montana bear (although my 5yo daughter’s older friends have introduced her to HM and she has told me this is her favorite story character…. should I be scared/worried/amused?) My 4 year old would really love to build herself a bear…she hasn’t gotten to do this yet and her birthday is coming up. Even if we don’t win, this may be what we do before her party on the big day (while daddy and fam decorate). How fun!

My boys are always asking to go into Build-a-Bear, which I generally avoid like the plague. It would be great to shock them once and say, “Okay!”

we love Build a Bear…granted we have only been once, but my daughter had a ball going there and picking out her cute kitty. It is such a fun time, I would love to do it over again and am thinking of going close to her birthday as a special treat.
