This is going to be a long week with my husband working insane hours. This happens twice a year. Typically I load up the children and visit Ivy, but it just isn’t in the cards.
This week’s menu has been planned to be flexible and is subject to change.
- Monday – roast chicken, stuffing, zucchini
- Tuesday – jambalya, collards, cornbread
- Wednesday – chili, biscuits, salad
- Thursday -cheese omelets or baked potatoes w/LO chili
- Friday – tuna casserole, steamed broccoli
- Saturday – I’ll be attending a banquet
- Sunday – fried chicken, rice & gravy, peas
