: Lime and Cilantro Cabbage Slaw

  • 1/2 head of green cabbage, sliced thinly or shredded
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 TBSP fresh cilantro, chopped

 

  • Whisk together the lime juice, honey, and cilantro.
  • Toss the cabbage in the dressing and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavor to develop.
