		<description>The dryer in the apartment building where I live vents into the basement (same room as the dryer).  I&#039;ve always thought this was odd.  It does get really steamy in the basement when the dryer is going, so I hope we&#039;re not getting mold!  Now I&#039;m curious to try to find out what the regulations are in NYC.</description>
