Eventually got round to trying this. Wasn't sure if I'd enjoy it, as I haven't had lentils for years,but I must say I was pleasantly surprised.

I LOVED THE LENTIL CASSEROLE, IT WAS DELICIOUS! I USED AN ITALIAN SEASONING BLEND INSTEAD OF BASIL AND IT WAS GREAT. THANK YOU FOR POSTING THESE RECIPES.. LOVE THIS SITE!
