• Monday - cheeseburgers, carrot raisin salad, sweet potato fries
• Tuesday - pulled bbq over rice, broccoli, corn
• Wednesday - chicken thighs with soy and garlic, fried rice, green beans
• Thursday -  C.O.R.N.
• Friday - tuna noodle casserole, peas with garlic butter
• Saturday - pizza night, salad
• Sunday - lemon rosemary roast chicken, roast potatoes, steamed vegetables

Heather says:

This week I will be picking strawberries and canning a year’s supply of strawberry jam.  If you decide to take on a big project, I highly recommend trying to bribe asking a friend if they want to get involved.  A partner can make even the most tedious task a more pleasant experience.

• Monday - Vegetable soup, grilled cheese
• Tuesday - Taco salads with ground turkey
• Wednesday - Beef stir fry, fried rice
• Thursday - C.O.R.N.*
• Friday - Blackened tilapia, strawberry salsa, spinach and strawberry salad**
• Saturday - Pizza night, raw vegetables with dip
• Sunday - Steak, baked potatoes, mushrooms and zucchini, grilled bell peppers

Today begins an exciting week. For the first time, in almost five years, I will be leaving overnight, drum roll please, alone. Ivy and I will be presenting at the first annual CREATESouth convention. If you are near Myrtle Beach, SC and looking for something to do on Saturday, come out and join us, it’s free.

• Tuesday - Oven baked chimichangas, refried beans, roast vegetables (zucchini, bell pepper, onion)
• Wednesday - Broccoli and mushroom quiche, citrus fruit salad
• Thursday - Spaghetti, meatballs, Caesar salad
• Friday - Breakfast for dinner

• Sunday - Spinach and watercress soup, roast chicken, asparagus, wild rice
