I doubled the recipe and made them day before yesterday – they are WONDERFUL!

Moist, chewy, almost a brownie in cookie form.

Hubs sat with a large glass of ice cold milk and snarfed up about a dozen in one sitting. (He’s one of those lucky twits who never gains weight)

Thanks for the recipe,this one is definitely a keeper.

The chocolate oatmeal cookies are really good, but I added peanut butter chips instead. These cookies are perfect for the taste of peanut butter chips!

Tara, supposedly 3 dozen, but I’m always generous with the size of my cookies and the yield is closer to 2 dozen.
