I’ve added an experimental new toy to the sidebar, it’s feed of Flickr pictures. The pictures come from a brand new Home-Ec101 group. Anyone is welcome to join, it’s a great way to show off your own projects. For a long time I’ve wanted to be able to allow readers to share their accomplishments, but when we first started out with a forum, it was a spam nightmare on a very disturbing level.
I want to be able to have the group public, so I will be quite liberal with awarding moderator status. I have never accidentally found objectionable material on Flickr, but I’d rather be safe than sorry.
Anyone is welcome to share their Home-Ec accomplishments in this group. This covers everything from kitchen accomplishments, DIY projects, sewing, or organizational solutions. If it’s domestic, it fits.

I've never even used Flickr. I am so out of touch with the interwebz.
