		<description>As you can tell by my name I have investment properties - and the other day I was installing a faucet in one of them.

I kept reminding myself of this pithy saying, but  when you&#039;re underneath a sink things can turn around and just when you think you&#039;re loosening a nut, it turns out that you&#039;re actually tightening it! :^)</description>
