		<description>I&#039;ve always given my tomatoes a dunk in boiling water for a few seconds. The thin skin peels off in strips with just your fingers. After the skin is removed, you can cut them in half and use a finger to push the seeds out of all the chambers, then just chop them up like you would an onion. The way you describe it, it sounds like you are using only the outer walls of the tomato. </description>

		<description>That is much prettier than what I do :) I just cut the tomato in half and squeeze it a bit to get the tomatoes and juice out and then dice it up. This is the lazy way, I am sure :)</description>
