I’ve almost adjusted back to life after a trip to Las Vegas, just in time to give a short talk today and head to Toronto on Tuesday.

In October of 2009 I posted one of my favorite copycat recipes. If you are unfamiliar with that style, it’s a recipe written with the intent of duplicating a restaurant’s. In this case, I was trying to recreate the mushrooms from Outback.
