  • My roommate used to put cinnamon on the coffee grounds for guests. It’s smells great and adds a nice flavor to the coffee. And it’s such an easy thing to add!

  • I have done this forever… Especially nice for either a brunch or for coffee after dinner…

Another quick tip is that it is especially good with vanilla sugar (split vanilla beans with the seeds scraped out in a baggie full of plain, white sugar). Just remember to shake it up every few weeks… If you top it with a bit of real whipped cream (also blended with a couple of spoons of vanilla sugar and a splash of really good vanilla) it is dessert.

If you want the recipe for homemade vanilla extract (easy, but a tad expensive, yet worth every dime), drop me an email. Be glad to share!

    Yummy!
