    Heather,
Can you post that peas with almonds recipe. I love peas and almonds.

Trying to decide if I need to go to the store, or if I can just muddle through for a few more days.

C.O.R.N tonight. I made Oven Swiss Steak purposely for a left overs. I actually cooked many times this last week. I need a prize or something. Oh wait. I did that already.

There was a plan for tomorrow night. I knew I needed something at the store for it. I’m supposed to be at the store right now, for groceries, and yet I’m still here I am and I don’t know what that something is, anymore. *sigh*

Its 3pm, almost and my menu isn’t posted because I didn’t take my laptop or a notepad to the 6am class, this morning. Then I came home and took a nap.

I guess I can do that now and then go to the store.. *smile*

We had your soy and garlic chicken thighs the other night. Love it!!! After the chicken was done I thickened the sauce and poured it over rice. It’s one of our favorite meals.
