Dinner will be provided most of this week as well, as we continue to break the fastfood habit. Sunday evening we will have a small birthday party for our younger son. During the week I’ll make and freeze pizza crusts and prep a small assortment of toppings.
Lunch ideas:
- bean and cheese burritos, fruit
- crackers, cheese, raw vegetables
- PB&J, celery sticks, chips
- Tossed salad w/ tuna fish and hard boiled eggs
- Grilled cheese, tomato soup
- pasta salad with grilled chicken
- leftovers
With tomatoes still plentiful, I plan on trying out a new soup recipe and the chicken will be grilled as part of Sunday’s prep as I know one guest prefers a white pizza.
