Homemade pizza's a favorite in my house - it's cheaper and healthier than ordering in, and you can put whatever you want on it... yum! You should check out springpad's weekly meal planner, it's a great way to organize all of your menus and recipes (like this one, yum! http://bit.ly/3D6top) and I think you'd really like it.

Did a ton of cooking this weekend, so it's going to be left overs converted to other things. (Grilled chicken, grilled pork roast, corn chowder which was converted into a cheesy rice casserole with black beans, poblanos and rice)

Monday- Cheesy rice enchiladas. Sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. Melon.

Tues.- Pork fajitas with peppers, onions, mushrooms and corn tortillas. Corn on the cob. Tomatoes.

Wed.- Vegetable and pork stir fry with brown rice.

Thurs.- Chicken mushroom alfredo with linguine. Steamed broccoli. Melon.

Friday- Baked tomato tart. Corn on the cob (we have lots of corn). Salad. Fruit.

Saturday- Pizzas with alfredo sauce, saute'd mushrooms and zucchini, leftover grilled chicken and grated Italian cheese blend. Salad or cucmber-tomato salad.
