(Grilled chicken, grilled pork roast, corn chowder which was converted into a cheesy rice casserole with black beans, poblanos and rice)Monday-  Cheesy rice enchiladas.  Sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.  Melon.Tues.-  Pork fajitas with peppers, onions, mushrooms and corn tortillas.  Corn on the cob.  Tomatoes.Wed.-  Vegetable and pork stir fry with brown rice.Thurs.- Chicken  mushroom alfredo with linguine.  Steamed broccoli.  Melon.Friday-  Baked tomato tart.  Corn on the cob (we have lots of corn). Salad. Fruit.Saturday- Pizzas with alfredo sauce, saute&#039;d mushrooms and zucchini, leftover grilled chicken and grated Italian cheese  blend.
