- Monday – pizza
- Tuesday – curried chicken and broccoli with rice or noodles
- Wednesday – peppered pork loin, stir-fried veggies
- Thursday – meatloaf*, mashed potatoes, green beans
- Friday – fish and chips, coleslaw
- Saturday – jambalaya*, cornbread
- Sunday – steaks, baked sweet potatoes, grilled veggies
*Another fairly easy week, my husband has promised to help on the “heavier” meals that will be doubled and frozen. He figures a little effort now will help in a few weeks.

will your kids actually eat a chicken curry? mine like curried potatoes but wont do the chicken for some reason.
The two boys dig it, especially the broccoli. I am semi-looking forward to seeing my stepdaughter’s reaction, this evening. She gets weird about food that is “wet” or has “flavor,” but dinner is dinner and like 99% of Americans abstaining from one meal won’t do her any harm. Maybe she’ll find something new she likes.
