- Monday – pizza
- Tuesday – curried chicken and broccoli with rice or noodles
- Wednesday – peppered pork loin, stir-fried veggies
- Thursday – meatloaf*, mashed potatoes, green beans
- Friday – fish and chips, coleslaw
- Saturday – jambalaya*, cornbread
- Sunday – steaks, baked sweet potatoes, grilled veggies
*Another fairly easy week, my husband has promised to help on the “heavier” meals that will be doubled and frozen. He figures a little effort now will help in a few weeks.
