Another fairly simple week, my stepdaughter is fully in charge of one meal.
- Monday – C.O.R.N.
- Tuesday – french dips, potato wedges, raw veggies w/ dip
- Wednesday – grilled chicken packets, corn on the cob, cake and ice cream (Happy 4th!)
- Thursday – Lemon and Herb Rubbed Chops, rice, green beans
- Friday – grilled fish*, cheese grits, stuffed tomatoes, salad with basalmic vinagrette
- Saturday – oven fried chicken fingers, stove top mac and cheese, steamed broccoli
- Sunday – shredded beef bbq sandwiches, baked beans, satuéed zucchini or squash
**variety and exact recipe will depend on what’s available
