All restrictions will be lifted on Tuesday! I’ve been as good as possible, but I’m excited to return to my normal activities.
- Monday – tomato pie, caesar salad, grilled corn on the cob
- Tuesday – chicken and dumplings*
- Wednesday – beef stroganoff, peas with garlic butter sauce
- Thursday – lasagna*, garlic bread, salad
- Friday – tuna noodle casserole, steamed broccoli
- **Saturday – meatball sub, raw veggies, potato chips
- Sunday – pork chops, carmelized onion mashed potatoes, green beans
*Doubled and frozen for post-baby meals.
**This one may change, as it’s my birthday, which may cause me to lose any and all cooking motivation.
