Who let Monday roll around again? I want names. I am seriously loaded down with things that need to be used up. You may notice as the weather heats up, our menu lightens up.
- Monday – C.O.R.N. night
- Tuesday – stuffed chicken breasts (broccoli, cheddar), zucchini, rice
- Wednesday – Must Go Soup, salad
- Thursday – basil pesto penne w/ sun dried tomatoes & portabellas
- Friday – oven fried fish and chips, coleslaw
- Saturday – submarine sandwich, potato salad, raw veggies & dip
- Sunday – cheese enchiladas**, refried beans, salad
*Clean Out Refrigerator Night
