My stepdaughter arrived for the summer. This adds another healthy appetite to our table. Life got in the way and I did not have a chance to make my chili cheeseburgers, so they are headed back onto the menu. Y’all do know better than to argue with a pregnant woman over food, right? I thought so.
- Monday – chili cheeseburgers, oven baked potato wedges, grilled corn
- dessert – fresh cherries
- Tuesday – chicken and black bean burritos, salad
- Wednesday – pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit
- Thursday – Charleston salad w/ oven fried chicken (tossed salad w/ grapes, pecans, honey mustard dressing)
- Friday – tilapia milanese, garlic mashed potatoes, summer squash
- Saturday – Sub sandwich night
- Sunday – albondigas* for the adults and quesadillas for the young’uns
*Doubled and frozen
