Due to a change in scheduling last week’s Sunday meal was postponed until this Sunday.
- Monday - Breakfast: pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit
- Tuesday - Spaghetti with meatballs, salad, garlic bread
- Wednesday - chicken burritos, refried beans, zucchini
- Thursday - C.O.R.N.*
- Friday - Tuna salad sandwiches, creamy cucumber salad,
- Saturday - Pizza night (crust recipe / sauce recipe)
- Sunday - Grilled chuck roast, grilled potatoes, tomato salad
*Clean Out Refrigerator Night

I’m gonna try that pizza crust tonight, I think.
Heather, have you ever frozen pizza dough or is that a “no-no”?

I *could* google “grilled chuck roast” but I’d rather hear how you do it. I just roast mine with vegetables in the oven in the winter, but it’s too hot to have the oven on that long and I have a few roasts in my freezer that I’d like to use up. Please share the recipe!
