Things are heating up down here in the Lowcountry. With that in mind, I’ll try to increase my use of the grill. The chicken shishka bobs were a huge hit with my 3yo, they will likely be a frequent appearance over the coming weeks.
- Monday – tomato pie, caesar salad, watermelon
- Tuesday – barbecued chicken, pasta salad, green beans
- Wednesday – oven baked egg rolls, vegetable lo mein
- Thursday -chicken shish kabobs, rice (lots of veggies on the shish kabobs)
- Friday – shrimp alfredo (blackened for the adults) with broccoli
- Saturday – chili cheese burgers, slaw, fries, grilled veggies (depends on what’s at the market)
- Sunday – baked chimichangas*, pintos & cheese, salad
*doubled for freezing
