- Sunday – chicken and dumplings, biscuits, green beans
**C.O.R.N. = Clean Out Refrigerator Night

We call C.O.R.N. night “graze night”.
The kids love it, because they can have anything they want, as long as it’s a leftover or something they can make themselves.
My mom called this Buffet Nite. We loved it as kids.
