Good night! How did it get to be Monday already? Here is this week’s menu. There is a fancy schmancy name for Sunday night’s dish, but I forgot how to spell it and Google is not being cooperative.
Monday – portabella, bell pepper, onion, pita wraps and salad
Tuesday – baked beef chimichangas, red rice, squash
Wednesday – chicken noodle soup, biscuits
Thursday – BBQ pork chops, green beans, rice, corn on the cob
Friday – shrimp fettucini alfredo, broccoli, salad
Saturday – sandwiches or take out (See, even I own up to it on occasion)
Sunday – blackened chicken over potatoes sauteed with bell peppers, onions, sausage, and ham with hollandiase, asparagus, & salad
