- Monday – chicken picante, asparagus (depends on cost) or steamed vegetables
- Tuesday – vegetarian chili, cornbread
- Wednesday – enchiladas, refried beans, zucchini and corn
- Thursday – omelets with chili and cheese, fruit, potatoes O’Brien
- Friday – blackened tilapia, roasted brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes
- Saturday – pizza, raw vegetables with dip
- Sunday – C.O.R.N.*
*Clean Out Refrigerator Night – I know it’s a little strange to do that on Sunday, but my in-laws will be here next week and the fridge needs to be ready for several big meals.

Great menu! Mine for this week is:
Monday – Steak tacos with Spanish rice, chips and salsa
Tuesday – Thai Chicken & noodles with green peppers
Wednesday – C.O.R.N
Thursday – Your Tamale Pie with salad
Friday – Bacon Hamburger Roll up
Saturday – dining out for my birthday!
Sunday – dinner at Mom and Dad’s for my birthday!
yummy week! I have seen several stores in my area(michigan) have asparagus on sale this week for like a $1.20/lb. Its been awhile since I have gotten it so I am not sure if that is a good deal or not.
