Just a normal Lenten week around here.
- Monday – Spaghetti with meat sauce*, salad
- Tuesday – French dips**, raw vegetables
- Wednesday – Chicken noodle soup, biscuits
- Thursday – Mushroom omelets, grits, fruit
- Friday – Fish stew, wilted spinach
- Saturday – Grilled chicken and vegetables, baked potatoes
- Sunday – Peppered pork loin, cabbage, green beans, corn bread
*Left over meatloaf, recreated.
**Left over roast.

Sounds like a great week. I printd off your Basic Marinara sauce. I have been looking for a recipe since I am not pleased with what I have been buying from the store. It sounds so simple and that is what I like. Thanks for sharing.
