Smoked salmon spread, assorted cheeses/sausages, fruit, crackers for appetizers.   Grilled rib eye steaks, baked potatoes with all the fixin&#039;s, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed sweet onions in butter, fresh spinach creamed with boursin and wine- of course!!.   Happy New Year!Thursday-  Spanish rice and beans with ham.  Fresh pineapple (if any left!)  Salads.Friday- (Hub&#039;s birthday request)  Chicken picatta with lemon/caper sauce, fresh linguine with light garlic butter, mushrooms/green bean combo, salad with his favorite favorite restaurant&#039;s &quot;house&quot; dressing.  (Going to try to reproduce it.)  Hot, crusty rolls.
