This week was hard for me. Trying not to eat heavy before Turkey day and be loaded down with extra leftovers.
Monday- Penne w/Marinara, italian sauages w/peppers and onion, salad
Tuesday- leftover chop suey and rice
Wednesday- C.O.R.N.
Thursday Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Friday Thanksgiving redux (probably here too)
Saturday- Turkey soup, hot rolls, salad
Sunday- turkey enchilada casserole or hamburgers, salad, chips
