I am more excited about this menu than I have been in a long time. I rediscovered a stash of recipes I have been meaning to add to the site.

Tell me Homeecers, what is on the menu this week? If you have a blog and a menu plan please feel free to add your link to the Mr. Linky widget below. Be sure to check out Orgjunkie.com for an amazing collection of menu plans.

    Your menu looks yummy!

I don’t usually add the peas and carrots to my mince & tatties. Totally up to you! It’s easy, yummy AND cheap!

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I like your menu plan for this week because it has a lot of variety in it. I have always wanted to try baked potato soup, so if you have a good recipe for it, I would love to use it. :)

    Take care!

My plan is to get the recipe posted sometime today. It all depends on how long I have to stand in line at the polls. :)
The pictures have been taken and the mess has been cleaned up, those are the hard parts. For some reason I am extra messy when I’m taking pictures for the site.

Do you have a recipe for the sausage, cabbage, and apple skillet? That sounds really interesting and I’d love to try it.
