Well, I am not cooking all of the recipes or doing them in order, but I just made the thighs in soy sauce and it was great–easy and tasty! My husband, whom I consider to be kind of particular, said it was great and that I could make it anytime as far as he was concerned–high praise for him. Thank you!

I haven’t been making a menu but I need to start doing that again to help save money…..maybe by next Monday I’ll be together enough to put one together

This might be a silly question, but, do you stick to a budget also when doing these list? Besides the pantry staples, do you try to get everything else under a curtain amount?
