I want to get my paperwork and phone calling more organized, both at work and at home.
Probably means actually keeping to a schedule, which should be easier now that it’s only hubs and me at home now.
(My youngest is 20 and at college; just y’all wait ……… time with kids flies!)

Oh, lots of goals. Exercise 5 days a week one hour a day – either walk or Aqua classes. This will hopefully knock out two other goals – get blood pressure down low enough to go off the meds, and lose enough weight to be a size 10 again. Keep the house clean enough so that I can invite people over. You know, I should write these down. A goal without a plan is just a wish.

My goal this school year is to wake up earlier and go for a run.

And I don’t do running.

I’m going back to school, too. Trying to figure out how to take 3 classes, work full time, and not lose my mind. I have a week and a half left to prepare.

That is a great point! I have always done that throughout the year because I still have a little one home with me. I need to do it when he is with Grandma or whenever he is away. This time of year is like the beginning of my year too. My 3 oldest go back to school next Tuesday and it’s always felt like I was starting a new year. I will be desperately trying to get this house in order. Summer with all 4 home has been crazy!

Preparing for this school year also means preparing for the flu.
The Centers for Disease Control has released its guidance for parents and schools concerning flu, most notably H1H1 virus (www.Flu.gov). The CDC does not recommend early school closures for flu unless the virus becomes more dangerous or high absenteeism becomes a major factor in particular classrooms.
