I am thankful for my good health and the good health of my children and husband. I am thankful for the opportunities we are given every day. I am thankful for the life lessons of the past year that have taught me that it isn't money that we should be working for.....but, instead, the moments that will create memories for our children. I live for my children.....we all do.I am most fortunate to have a bit extra (not much, really, just a bit) to put towards the family in need. As a nation we should all be thankful that we are given the chance to work together to do great things as a big unit.....when, alone, we could not accomplish much.I believe in Karma and that all good deeds are rewarded, eventually. Do some good and it will come back to you in spades. Do the good not for the reward but to give someone else a moment of relief and happiness and salvation. Do the good so that your heart can be refilled with the human spirit. Especially this time of year.The politicians may promise and the pastors may preach.....but it is us, the sheep, that get the big stuff done. United we are so great. I am thankful to live in a nation that allows us the choice and chance to unite with one another even though we may never meet.We have so much to be thankful for......
