It’s pretty much up to me to keep the dishes under control.

I have tried leaving them in the sink to see if anyone else would take notice and feel an obligation to help out, but that was a no-go. Nobody cares, and the dishes throw a party. They lounge around the sink, invite their friends, and drink Palmolive on the rocks. If I don’t stay on top of things, then by morning every single dish in the kitchen ends up in the sink and hung over.

I do the dishes 85% of the time. My husband does it the other 15% and he is so sexy when he does!

I do the dishes. Unless my husband is losing his mind because there used to be a sink in here somewhere. Then, he does the dishes. Generally, he also finds the sink.

I do the dishes but EVERYONE puts their dirty dishes in the dishwasher when they are done with them–I can’t STAND dirty dishes in the sink.

Well, lately both cook and the housekeeper have been taking time off, so it is I who has been doing the dishes. I’ve been putting the plates & glasses into that box next to the sink that washes the dishes. I can’t WAIT until they get back to work….it’s so tough keeping staff.

We take turns, sort of. It has evolved somehow into whoever cooks dinner, ends up doing the dishes after dinner. There are three of us that rotate duties, dh, dd and myself. Its always a dispute.

I am the lucky one that gets to wash all dishes!! I am still waiting for the day that my husband gets our dishwasher either fixed or he buys me a new one.

I am in charge of loading the dishwasher and my tweens take turns unloading the dishwasher. Recently, my dishwasher broke(Hubby and I fixed it for under $13-WOOHOO!) and my desperation led me to bargaining facebook time for dishwork. It worked like a charm and I predict I may be completely out of the dishwashing loop now.
