This website gives not only the shopping list but also the reminder on what’s running low. What I like the most is that it also makes the shopping list from my recipes by clicking on the ingredients.

I use SplashShopper on my Palm. It also has a desktop version that can be printed.

I found a really cool way to keep track of lists and a lot of other stuff. You can print it out on paper or if you forget, call and have it sent to your phone.
