		<description>And Pam, I think I remember hearing that a few counties in Indiana do not observe DST at all either!  But when I heard a news report on DST on the radio this week, it said the continental USA does it (so not Alaska or Hawaii).  Maybe the Indiana counties have joined the masses. . .</description>
