		<description>You are welcome.  In my search I came across some very bad recipes.  My husband started tapping one on his glass to illustrate how hard it was. 

My goal with the recipes I share is to provide simple, but pleasing alternatives to prepackaged foods.  Occasionally cooking from scratch won&#039;t be as cheap as picking up a can of biscuits on sale with a coupon, but I think in those cases taste and a knowledge of ingredients are the deciding factors.

I do keep my shortening in the refrigerator.</description>
