Comments on: Bread Making and the Stand Mixer

I’ve got a question- I want to try some bread recipes from a cookbook I’ve got, but the book 1) assumes that I have a stand mixer (I don’t) and 2) doesn’t give an amount of time for mixing- it only says “mix on low speed until dough is fully developed”. HELP!

I put my mixer away too. I really need the counters freed up to do my handiwork. I don’t use my stand mixer for bread, but I think if I did a big batch, I might get that out too. I am a bread machine girl as it is what I am most comfortable with right now
