		<description>I hear ya on the Dr. Pepper addiction.  I&#039;ve been trying to break from drinking Dr. Pepper as well. I went from 1-2 a day to 1 a week. 

It seems like I don&#039;t crave it until I have it, and then when I have it, I want more. It makes me wonder if it is all in my mind or if there is something in the ingredients (beyond the caffiene).</description>

		<description>I&#039;m trying to eat better, which requires an overall greater commitment on my part.  I live at home, but in order to eat healthier the way I want to, I go grocery shopping 1x a week and pack my own lunch/dinner.  As a time/cash-strapped college student its tough but I&#039;m happier when I eat better.

I recently cut out caffiene cold turkey, which took me about ~3 weeks to recover from, but I think I&#039;m a lot healthier for it.  Even if I&#039;m sleeping way more than I should.

My latest goal is sitting down to do something and not getting up until it&#039;s done.  At the moment I&#039;m not so good with the staying on task and focusing part of life.  But I can be!  :)</description>

		<description>First let me say that I loved....yes LOVED diet coke......especailly  the fountain diet coke. I gave up all.....ALL soda 13 months ago....it was very hard the first 6 weeks but now I&#039;m sort of afraid to have even one for fear of totally falling off the wagon and drinking it toooooo much again......thank goodness I don&#039;t drink alcohol either (smile). Right now I&#039;m working on diminishing ym massive laundry pile. so far i&#039;ve gotte it to where i can now see the wall and floor again in the laundry room so that&#039;s a good start lol 
Also working on weight loss, following the little by little plan. Basically i&#039;m trying to exercise 2-3 times a week and eat reasonably healthy. Seems to be working on the condition that I DON&#039;T skimp on meals. Ah, breastfeeding and the metabolism.</description>

I have lost 10 lbs in the past 4 months (5-8 to go!) and have found ways to reduce my sugar intake and added doses of apple cider vinegar and flax seed to my diet.  One day at a time!  I allow myself 1-2 diet cokes a week, having scaled back from about 2 a day, so you can do it!</description>
