Make the "buy in" a package of diapers, serve casual food and the big winner will get a really nice gift certificate to a good restaurant or movie theatre, etc. This is a fun way to get all the friends together and give the new family some essentials when they already have the cribs, bouncers, clothing left over from the previous babies! I dont know how they pulled it off but it was amazing when i walked in!!
